Leading on multiple projects portfolios (construction budget of over $300M areas over 300K M2) that includes a variety of complex design concepts for (International Hotels / Large-scale Mixed-Use Community / Commercial precinct), across Saudi Arabia and Gulf region,
The role involves to provide:
• The full range of development and construction management, from conception to completion.
• Appointment and management of consultant, contractors and insure deliverables up to budget, scope, specs and quality requirements.
• Reporting on the status of projects to VP Delivery and CEO.
Providing leadership in
• Commercial (Feasibility/Cost management/Budget management), Bidding, Procurement, Contracts management and contract administration at pre- and post-contract phases.
• Health and safety and risks management
• Team Management, Stakeholder management
Lead on the development and construction of a portfolio of projects across the asset classes of MAF Properties (construction budget of over $800M areas over 1M m2) that includes a variety of complex design concepts for (International Hotels / shopping malls / Retails Strip / Large-scale Mixed-Use Community / Commercial hubs and precinct), across United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Middle East Areas
The role involves to provide:
• The full range of development and construction management, from conception to completion.
• Appointment and management of consultant, contractors and insure deliverables up to budget, scope, specs and quality requirements.
• Reporting on the status of projects to SVP Delivery and MAF Properties Board.
Providing leadership in:
• Commercial (Feasibility/Cost Estimation/Cost management/Budget development and management), Bidding, Procurement management, Contracts management and contract administration at pre- and post-contract phases.
• Health and safety and risks management
• Stakeholder management
• Engender & lead a cohesive project team both internally and external to MAF properties.
• Founding a contract and procurement department at board level
• Development and applying systemized procedures (ERP) across local and regional departments.
Providing Professional Supports in:
• Facilities Management: Contracts Strategy, delivery strategy, contractor selection & performance evaluation and CAPEX approval for maintenance, expansion & refurbishment works.
• Asset Management: Contract Strategy, Ownership Management, Estates Strategy
