Profile: After completing three years teaching practice in the U.K I have spent the last eighteen months working in Kuwait. My previous management experience; people skills; working to deadlines; flexibility; adaptability and work ethic has enabled me to move in to senior roles.

• Worked diligently to track and reduce absences and late arrivals, liaising with students and parents and using the school software to report to senior management.
• Identifying classroom issues to support the teachers with behaviour management.
• Created and implemented a progressive discipline policy in conjunction with management team.
• Implemented a positive behaviour and reward scheme across MSHS
• Chairman of the HS Student Council committee. Created new on-line election document and supervised HS Council events.

• Reporting directly to the Principal, working closely with the Curriculum Director to ensure all expectations were met.
• Oversee the year level meetings and monitoring the weekly deliverables
• Staff appraisals to ensure the curriculum was being delivered, feedback, and delivering personal development to maintain best practice.
