• Coordinates with Design Manager the preparation of shop drawings due to production planning.
• Monitoring and analyzing the Production Status Report to be used in the Weekly/Monthly meetings.
• Distributing drawings/documents among the member of the Planning & QC Department.
• Maintain the completeness, accuracy and compliance of all the documents for both Internal and External Documentation as per the established procedures and formats.
• Preparing the Transmittal for all the Documents/Drawings subjected for Clients Approval.
• Received queries with regards to the status of approved document/drawing among the consultant/main-contractors.
