- Leading and managing the complete cycle in sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for strategic and operational demand management, workforce planning, talent acquisition/recruitment, on-boarding, skills management including upskills & cross-skill and learning. Including Job Order / Demand Letter application from certain Embassies for abroad recruitment.
- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
- Administering availability of skilled and trained man power by monitoring, measuring and maintaining employee motivation & satisfaction level. Developed low cost incentive scheme.
- Designing and executing improved process for identification, calibration, career development and retention of top talent across levels to address current and future talent requirements in pivot roles.
- Working as strategic business partner to general and upper management; providing guidance on how to best drive employee engagement and productivity while limiting legal risk exposure through strong knowledge of employment law.
- Supervising compensation programs, including performance-based annual bonus, performance management process, salary reviews, salary surveys, job analysis and evaluations, rewards and recognition.
- Prepares Monthly and Year End reports such as Man-Hours against sales, Vacation balances, Weekly Planner, HR Measurements, Retention, Sickness and Absences, Leavers, Staff Roster, Cost Savings, Cost Analysis, Overheads and NPT Tracker MH against sales.
- Prepares Budget Forecast for Visas, Commercial Licenses, Establishment Cards, Cancellations etc.
- Ensuring proper coordination with PRO for the end to end new visa procedures including Visa Medical, Emirates ID, Biometric and visa cancellation.
- Facilitating cordial relations in the organization by acting as a mediator in initiating settlement proceedings, managing enquiries and aligning pay scale.
- Processing Performance Evaluations, Promotions and Increments
- Process 13th Month Pay for selected Managers
- Managing payroll function for employees involving computation of salary, processing of leave travel assistance, medical claims, joining expenses with reference to policies, final settlements and controlling management & employee payrolls.
- Administering, Negotiating and Finalizing multiple contracts related to Accommodation, transportation, Medical Insurance & Air Tickets.
- Ensuring high compliance level by putting systems in place & closing audits on Labor Compliance, third party Audits and Company Group Audits with zero or no critical observation
- Facilitating career and succession planning process, man power planning and budgeting exercise across business unit.
- Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies; disciplinary issues & legal matters.
- Managing Accommodation Arrangements to ensure appropriate and high-quality living standards
- Managing transportation encompassing Staff Transportation, Hired Bus Schedule, Driver Schedules, Airport Arrivals and Guest Transport.
- Evolving and streamlining workflow of HR operations and functions and implementing strategic HR initiatives & Policies.
- Establishing strong HR Partnership, developing & implementing HR strategy for business covering career & performance management, Learning and Development, compensation management, employee engagement and diversity.
