- Leading and managing the complete cycle in sourcing the best talent from diverse sources for strategic and operational demand management, workforce planning, talent acquisition/recruitment, on-boarding, skills management including upskills & cross-skill and learning. - Facilitating cordial relations in the organization by acting as a mediator in initiating settlement proceedings, managing enquiries and aligning pay scale.
