DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Preparing the back charge against the violator (subcontractor) for unsafe work at the site as per contract policy.
•Coordinate and arrange training request from the third-party provider institution.
•Submit Weekly & Monthly report Health & Safety performance and accident trends.
•Assist the construction team for the runway closure and to make sure that safety requirements are being followed.
•Verified that workers were properly outfitted with hardhats and safety vest.
•Prepared required safety reports summarizing all onsite inspection.
•Perform all reporting and administrative duties accurately and on time.
•Attending the weekly meeting with consultant and client.
•Confirms close out of unsafe acts/unsafe conditions.
•Report to Corporate HSE manager Information on injuries, damage, losses.
•Coordinate and provide HSE training and toolbox talk to internal and sub-contractor staff.
•Preparing Toolbox Talk topics, HSE Bulletins and STARRT (Safety Task Analysis & Risk Reduction Talk) Flyers.
•Conduct random on-site safety inspections to identify Health and Safety issues and address findings to the project Engineer for action.
•Participating in safety meeting with the HSE managers, safety audits of worksite along with Management Team and Clients representative and ensuring corrective actions against identified safety lapses.
