Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers on implementing the solution
• Conduct Training for clients on e-Recruitment (Sniperhire)
• Manage Help-desk calls and support clients and solve their queries on day-to-day basis
• Adhere to the process by registering clients queries in the call logging system
• Create Hints & Tips every month for clients on various topics in Sniperhire
• Prepare Quality Check Program documents for clients on their usage of Sniperhire
• Conduct random checks on client Career-sites and report them with value-based solutions and register the same in the call logging system
• Prepare Sniperhire Manuals for clients on the usage of the e-Recruitment system

• Liaison with clients on a monthly basis, assist them on Sniperhire and provide answers to their queries and delegate to internal customers if required
