Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers on implementing the solution
• Conduct Training for clients on e-Recruitment (Sniperhire)
• Manage Help-desk calls and support clients and solve their queries on day-to-day basis
• Adhere to the process by registering clients queries in the call logging system
• Create Hints & Tips every month for clients on various topics in Sniperhire
• Prepare Quality Check Program documents for clients on their usage of Sniperhire
