April 2009 : Promoted as Resource Manager for RTS /Senior HR Representative during April 2009 for the Dubai Metro Project with PARSONS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, DUBAI with the following responsibilities.
• Manage the day-to-day HR function.
• Coordinating Manpower Schedule - Forecast
• Recruitment & Staffing - Coordinates with all depts. to assist in identifying their staffing needs.
• Manage Client approval process for all the candidates onboard.
• Manage the Orientation process for new employees.
• Manage Performance Review activities.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Handle over all HR / Administrative activities of the Dubai LRT Project site office.
RECRUITMENT / STAFFING:
Work with the Senior Recruiter in finding the suitable candidates by networking with the external candidates, acquiring employee referrals
Recruitment coordination: Take the shortlisted candidates through interview process and advise them for any further developments
Maintaining Speculative CV records & schedule interviews as needed.
Induction: New employee orientation for the Project
Accountable for the MIS spreadsheets and track staffing activities and progress.
HR ADMINISTRATION:
• HR Issues Management: includes performance reviews, leave requests for employees, Visa and Labour approvals.
• Preparation of timesheets for site personnel for accurate calculations of the man hours as worked on the project & for the timely submission of the data to the Head Office and to the Client.
• Assist in Employee Visa procedures.
• Assist in employee’s payments and reimbursable expenditures.
• To organize periodical performance appraisal for employees and forward the same to the Management/HR
• HR Issue Management.
Responsible for updating Managing Directors Calendar; coordinating appointments and meetings.
Independent screening, analyzing and prioritizing incoming and outgoing correspondences via Email/Faxes through LOTUS NOTES.
Responsible for maintaining Personal files as well as office records of the M.D by keeping an up-to-date filing system
Responsible for making travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
HR Related Responsibilities:-
Responsible for assisting the HR department in updating recruitment reports.
Prepare employment contracts
Responsible for issuing of staff Letters of increment, memos, etc

Handling the end to end recruitment process. This will involve understanding clients requirements, screening Resumes, short listing them, Sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, Coordinating with the candidates and our foreign clients
