▪ Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout theproperties.
▪ Maintain excellent rapport pertaining to up keeping of the property with Clients &Guests.
▪ Daily / Weekly & Monthly reports on operations.
▪ Ensure that identified areas of the campus receive priority.
▪ Promote Health and Safety within team & raise awareness of appropriate Health and Safety regulations.
▪ Ensure proper waste management practices.
▪ Maintain stocks and order materials from approved suppliers as necessary.
▪ Ensure effective and economical use of cleaning materials and equipment.
▪ Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment are available to staff as required.
▪ Take delivery of cleaning products/equipment and relocate to relevant storageareas.
▪ Keep abreast of developments in cleaning equipment and materials that could improve the service provided.
▪ Responsible for ensuring all cleaning staff receive a full induction in conjunction with the Clients /Owners.
▪ Organize appropriate training - including specialized cleaning for the team.
▪ Communicate regularly regarding housekeeping, staffing or any other issues with the Clients /Owners.
▪ Initial investigation and reporting of absences.
▪ Reorganize staff schedules to cover areas during holidays, sickness and changes in weatherconditions.
Ensuring all employees are trained & qualified as per MOIstandards.
▪ Ensure right Recruitment, training and career development is provided for all facility management staff.
▪ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for employees.
▪ Develop and implement systems for inspecting and managing the quality ofcleaning.
▪ Professionally address complaints regarding housekeeping services or equipment.
▪ Assist management staff of hotel in assuring facility staff are practicing efficient and effectiveprocedures.
▪ Detail any maintenance repairs work to maintenance staff; record repair information in maintenance log &
complete follow-up on vacant or occupied rooms.

managers & 660 staff.
▪ Reporting to Chairman Dr. Ramakant Panda, managing all the
downline operations clinical & non clinical of the hospital.
▪ Attending all operational meetings from clinical & non clinical areas
ensuring the compliances & the standards are adhered.
▪ Periodically attending OPD doctors meetings addressing doctors &
patient concerns and to have the best workable solutions.
▪ Monitor and evaluate KPI & audit compliances.
▪ Establish/ Implement & Monitor standard operational policies and
procedures.
▪ Manage insurance contracts and ensure compliance with contracts.
▪ Ensure & control removal of medical waste in compliance with
regulatory requirements.
▪ Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical
laws and ethics.
▪ Ensure patient records are current and accurate.
