Administering the daily attendance of the company and preparation of various reports
Preparing Labour Force Report Weekly basis.
Duty Resumption forms for employees/workers returning from leaves
Preparation of warning letters for workers.
Supporting the HR team for various tasks such as updating shortlisted candidates for

Employees came from leave, new and transfer from other GCC country, who are submitting
their documents and passport at the help desk and handing over to the admin department.
Complaints of employees are collecting at the help desk and forwarding to the admin
department to follow up.
Coordinating maintenance department - material order, distribution and the stock by keeping
proper files of M.O, LPO and Site Receipts.
Providing updated details of employees for security department, whether the employee is
absent or misbehavior in sites and collecting and filing the feedback for further proceedings.
Site accidents, employees with any illness, admin department coordinating with medical officer
and as per the medical officer decisions forwarding the patient for further treatment by
providing the approval from the management. Medical reports and all details of the patients
keeping as hardcopy for filing and forwarding softcopy to the management.
Accommodating management approved employees as per the status
Maintaining and handling petty cash for the departments, collecting bills, vouchers and
preparing reports for the management both soft copy and hard copy . Filing monthly petty cash
statements for later verification.
Office stationary materials inventory, stock maintaining and issuance of office material such as
printer cartridge, daily office using materials as per the request from employees and taking
approval from administration manger before issuing . Stationary requests hard copies are
filing for the documentation.
Documenting files and updating the latest requirement as per zonescorp by coordinating
departments and branches.
Able to handling Administrative works.
Handling Secretarial duties for Administrator.

Follow up issues related to administration and HR.
