Doing the Job as the Team Leader for HVAC after market products, assigning the jobs to lead technicians, senior technicians and junior technicians as per their capability of the work. Those team members are not sound in some new products they will be nominating for the concerned technical training and more practices as the part of Career development. Giving the instructions to the customers in saving more energy by implementing particular technologies in centrifugal screw chillers with the retrofit jobs like VFD implementations. Maintaining good relationship with all customers, and trying to bring additional pull thru jobs. Doing the admin related jobs like sending quotations to customers, as per the customer LPO booking the job in system for issuing the parts and labor, completion of the jobs instructing the coordinators to invoicing the job, submitting the invoice to customer advice for billing to the ISCALA system for Bratislava Business Center, finally advising the agent to collect the cheque and submit to the company account. Parallel jobs like commissioning of new chillers, maintenance of all AMC sites of Johnson Controls in Oman but not limited to do the the jobs of other manufacturers like Trane, Daikin, Carrier and SKM
JOB SCHEDULING FOR JUNIOR TECHNICIANS, MAKING THE ROASTERS AHEAD OF COMMENCING THE WORKS.
TROUBLE SHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL KINDS OF HVAC EQUIPMENTS, UPDATING THE STATUS OF SELF AND ALL HVAC TECHNICIANS DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES.
TROUBLE SHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE OF AC UNITS LIKE PACKAGED, WALL MOUNTED, CASETTE TYPE AND BIG CAPACITY OF SCREW AIR COOLED DX CHILLERS OF CHILLED WATER SYSTEM.
ASSISTED WITH THE APPLIED TEAM OF CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR OVERHAULING.
MAINTENANCE OF DEEP FREEZERS, COLD STORAGES OF LARGE TONNAGE CAPACITY ETC
MAINTENANCE OF SMALL KINDS ALL DOMESTIC AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION UNITS
