Directorate representative on National Change Projects.

Led development of new forecasting model - more robust and consistent across all four regions for the funding budget of NZD 1.4 billion, a major portion of of which was demand-driven.

Managed projects to analyse annual expenditure on health payments and the development of forecasts to inform senior management team decision-making and to advise Government and Treasury.
