Plan work assignments equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations or production goals
Confer with customers, supervisors, contractors, or other personnel to exchange information or to resolve problems.
Administrative works of all drivers.
Direct workers in transportation or related services, like pumping, moving, storing, or loading or unloading of materials or people
Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, Fuels, vehicle maintenance cost and other work-related accidents
Perform or inform workshop for repairs or preventive maintenance of vehicles or other equipment
Compute, handling of petty cash, driver wages preparation, transportation expenses and Mulkiya renewal jobs
Maintain or verify records of time, materials, expenditures, or crew activities
Recommend implement measures to improve worker motivation, Vehicle performance, work methods, or customer services
Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services
Arranging Equipments as per client’s requirement for various construction fields.
Time management.
Maintaining up to date movements of the machineries.
Supervision of JLG Boomlifts.
Co-ordination between the Clients and Managements.
Maintaining various gate passes (Eg: Port passes) & Third party certificate (Eg: Bureau Veritas) for equipment as well as employees.
Taking orders directly from the customers.
Provide assistance in relation to administrative work at the request of the team members and management.
Responsible for preparation various Quotation, filing, and maintaining physical records as well as Soft Copy.
Administrative support for the Head of the Management.
