DIET CARE
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to
ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Responsible for handling overtime / schedules / leaves / daily
orders for smooth workflow.
• Organize meetings & schedules of the Owner
• Perform administrative task including Filing, organizing and record keeping
• Dealing with international suppliers from ordering to shipment
arrival
• Arrange Import/Export transactions & coordinate with shipping
company
• Responsible for store monthly end inventory & attendance report
• Handling & resolving customer complaints
• Monitoring staff & crews performance
• Attend the weekly meeting with the Operations Manager
• Organize meetings, set up the venue & tools for presentation
• In charge to general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
• Planned on- and off-site events and conferences including equipment, catering, and accommodations
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
