Develop training materials and carry out training and coaching of the organization in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) to improve the company’s quality goals. Assure production schedule is met to achieve on-time

•Efficiently applied lean manufacturing methodology based on TPS (Toyota Production System), which is focused on reducing or eliminating waste in any process. Concepts including the elimination of 7 waste, 5s, value stream mapping, flow, push/pull and cellular manufacturing
•Increased productivity and improved sustainability by continuous improvement through analysis and willingness to change. Improved productivity by 55%, on-time delivery by 15% and quality by 50% during the last 3 years in this role.
•Built and maintained a foundation for a continuous improvement culture by effective communication with the different business units at all levels and through the regular training to my team.
