Maintain an accurate daily log that reflects all sales activities in the dealership.

Develop, implement and monitor a follow-up system for new-vehicle purchasers.
Maintain teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-upprocess.
Oversee the performance of new-vehicle SEs to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of thedealership.
Work with SEs on programs that will increase the new-car gross and F&I penetration.
Keep abreast of market developments and competitor pricing and strategy.
Monitor showroom appearance and display in line with OEM CI, whilst maintaining HSE guidelines.
Review inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximum turnover eff iciency.
Recommend to GM the new-car inventory to be carried by color, model and equipment, based on a variety ofcustomer and market analyses.
Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
