• Collaborate with project managers and participate in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate projects and ensure that project teams and vendors are aware of their responsibilities.

IT User Training & Communications
• With the Security Manager create and deliver User Security Training and Awareness.
• With the BI Manager create and deliver User Training and new Reports being launched.
• With ERP Manager create and deliver User Training on Processes and Systems.
• With Sales IT Manager create and deliver User Training on Processes and Systems.
• Prepare and communicate new functionality in systems to users

• Act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders;
ensures process compliances and contributes to process
improvements with the objective of sustaining delivery
predictability and meet the client and internal commitments,
guidelines, policies and norms of the company.
• Support process owners to drive improvement plan at the
engagement level; Analyze/provide feedback and drive corrective
and preventive actions for the supported engagements
• Participates as a part of the transition team to prepare process
definition and documentation for the specific process within
purview
• Interface with customer to support with the resolution of
escalations/ complaints and to clarify issues in order for it to be
fixed in a timely manner and with adherence to SLA
• On multiple occasions, travelled to the US to manage Transitions
and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Creates comprehensive reports and innovative dashboards
tailored to the client’s needs to provide meaningful insights and
suggest approaches in solving problems while adding value to the
business
• Ensures compliance to the Knowledge Management System for
specific processes and documents exceptions and artifacts such
as case studies, best practices
• Manages automation projects and coordinates with Key
stakeholders regarding Automation requirements, reports,
implementation and maintenance.
• Assesses current operational process for automation
opportunities
• Conducts/Facilitate ITIL V3 and V4 Foundation training to all IT
Operations engagement resources in preparation for the vendor
certification process
• Prepare build and interface documentation, work plan, schedule
& deadlines, on-call/ on-shift support coverage, IPRs, change
control items, and turnover documentation to setup application
• Actively participate in the entire duration of go-live activities
• Coordinate turnover process with all stakeholders
• Work with technical teams on the setup of all system monitoring
services
• Facilitate user acceptance testing with functional and projects
teams
• Support the application assigned to you by helping to drive outage
calls and conference bridges
• Adhere to set procedures, protocols, and guidelines in
maintaining Amadeus’ systems and environment.
• Regularly communicate status or progress to all stakeholders or
key resources
• Act as technical resource person for ad hoc meetings and
projects
• Take initiative to help improve processes, tools, alerts, and
reporting.
• Extend assistance in training identified resources for the team
• Providing complete and accurate information on the event which
helps in providing appropriate resolution
• Providing appropriate information on the category of the event
• Responding to mails or calls made by Service Desk or Specialist
Support Team on time, to ensure timely resolution of the event
• Building and testing the approved Changes
• Implementing and reviewing the tested Change
• Participating in the CAB as required to represent the Change
