1. Monitor the progress of the Projects using Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis as per the Schedules and generate reports for the management and other Team Leaders and Section Heads.
2. Responsible for overseeing and providing strategy/ planning advice regarding milestones, critical schedules, impacts on related Projects; Ensuring all operation/ process are cost and time effective.

6. Coordinate with all parties the periodic update, progress status and measurable objectives for the benefit of the project. Developed monitoring system and productivity measurement sheets.
7. Identifies, analyzes and monitors schedule deviations for assigned disciplines or specialties including Contractor and Subcontractor submittals and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations.
8. Prepare resource loaded and cost loaded base line program aided by Primavera Enterprise
9. Prepare histograms for manpower equipment and materials. Prepared tracking schedules for materials and shop drawings. Prepared progress reports & presentation.
10. Focal Person on the review & consolidation of Technical Tender Evaluation submitted by bidders
11. Has sound knowledge in FIDIC for Contract Management and has an extensive experience in the preparation and evaluation of extension to the time of project completion.
12. Has sound knowledge in Extension of Time and Forensic Delays and Investigations
13. Design and implement a Project Planning and Monitoring System for the “Design Projects” (Projects under Pre-Contract Consultancy Services Contract).
14. Develop a Master Database for the Pre or Post Contract Projects by collecting all the relevant information required about each project, including but not limited to, resources, schedule, and current status and Maintaining the Database by updating the data on a regular basis
15. Generate Reports for the management to analyze the Current Workload in terms of Design projects, Progress of Current Projects, Delays and Reasons, Possible future delays, Overloaded Sections and/or teams, Possible Reallocation of Resources, etc at any point of time/on a regular basis.

• Initiates/ Assists in analyzing schedule activities with regards to the assigned design, engineering and construction of projects.
• Integrates inter-discipline schedule/ programme requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines and specialties.

• Evaluates the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
