Support the Facility Manager in coordination and delivery of day t day residential services across the residential site working with in house staff and when applicable, with contractors.
To co-ordinate and control all issues relating to residential services accommodation.
To manage move in move out residential process, providing complete information on all accommodation types and ensuring exit surveys.

Implement, manage and coordinate all residential recovery activities in the handling of complaints as directed by the Facility Manager.
