Support the Facility Manager in coordination and delivery of day t day residential services across the residential site working with in house staff and when applicable, with contractors.
To co-ordinate and control all issues relating to residential services accommodation.
To manage move in move out residential process, providing complete information on all accommodation types and ensuring exit surveys.
To ensure all communications with residents are creating a superior value and customer experience.
Implement, manage and coordinate all residential recovery activities in the handling of complaints as directed by the Facility Manager.
Responsible for helpdesk including but not limited to all administration tasks, issues, documentation, queries and requests.
Liaison with Residents, FM Technical and services team leaders, management team and colleagues as appropriate to keep them updated regarding the progress of interventions.
Produce monthly reports as requested.

Priority was given to delivery of high level quality of services in every aspect while running general day- to-day management of this High End property.
