• Active involvement in New Product Development by altering the recipe and process parameters.
• Responsible for Analytical Instruments calibration, Effluent analysis and HACCP auditing.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Environmental Hygiene factory premises.
• Ensure that the quality of all products meet the customer and Company’s Standard through continuous monitoring of Raw material, process parameters, etc.
• Prepare the employees to fit to production by giving intensive training in Food Safety, Hygiene Practices, GMP, etc.,

• Raw Material quality control by continuous monitoring of Supplier Audits, described specification and quality confirmation based on ISO, Local food legislation
• Ensure training of Distribution Centre personnel on the Quality Inspection Program and on product handling procedures.
• Monitor the Distribution Centers for implementation and adherence to QMP.
• Care taker for Internal Audit and third party audit like Customer Audit, SQMS, FSMS.
• Assist in the product development and regularly test, the effectiveness of the Food Product Stock Recovery Program and Crisis Action Plan.
• Ensure that all policies for raw materials and finished products are executed.
• Be a business partner and support processing improvements that help optimizing cost while maintaining the quality level of our food.
• Ensure training of Distribution Centre personnel on the Quality Inspection Program and on product handling procedures.
• Monitor the Distribution Centers for implementation and adherence to QMP.
• Assist in the product development and regularly test, the effectiveness of the Food Product Stock Recovery Program and Crisis Action Plan.
• Follow and realize KSA guidelines regarding quality and product safety, hygiene standards (GMP), and traceability and ensure local relevance.
• Understand local food legislation.
• Manage nutritional and allergen data and communication for the country menu offer.
