• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
• Managing the daily transactions of the HR & Admin functions.

• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
• Lead internal communications on Human Resource matters
• Manages full cycle recruitment, selection and other employment related activities for all positions.
• Advise, assist and counsel managers in the employment process to include proper forecasting, hiring,
developing talent, succession planning and handling performance problems.
• Oversight over on boarding processes for new hires; employee orientations for all new hires, creation
of electronic employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary
paperwork is properly completed.

• Ensuring timely and detailed entry of updates for reporting and the applicant tracking
system
• Collecting all necessary information for weekly team updates of open positions and candidates.
• Assisting HR with visa and relocation issues when necessary
• Completing the new hire process and handing off to HR & Personnel
• General administrative duties as necessary such as memos, faxing, filing, etc.
• Creating the manpower plan updating it in weekly bases.
• In charge of the recruitment process from the CVs collection to signing the contract.
• In control of the recruitment resources.
• In charge the overseas recruitment campaign process in different countries.
• Managing and planning for the career fairs all over the country.
Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
• Assists with processing of terminations.
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
• Assists with recruitment and interview process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
• Schedules conferences by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or restaurants.
