Develop, implement and monitor Board Occupational Health and Safety policy, programs, and procedures.
Assist the Board in complying with current health and safety legislation and/ or regulation with the health of learners, staff and visitors.
Establish budget proposals for the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety office and specific training programs.
Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
Investigate and report on all serious and/or critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accident and/or incident that result in substantial damage to board vehicles and property.
Investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working condition to the appropriate senior staff.
Respond to employee safety concerns.
Conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any board facility
Coordinate the training of personnel in area of safety, first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation. Provide workplace inspection and other matters related to implementing safely procedures in board facilities.
Strictly implement the company safety systems to the Project.

Manage the storage, handling and final disposal of hazardous waste.
Performing environmental monitoring for ambient air, noise pollution and produced water portability.
Implemented document tracking system for easy and proper control of QC and SHE manual.
Work with the site managers in order to execute the safety plan.
Inspects all sites activities works, tools and equipment, verify that it is done according to safety regulations.
Responsible for approving all subcontractors’ safety plans and verify that all employees will participate in safety training / PTW.
