Assist the Estate Manager (EM) in the day to day running of the estates.
i. Coordinate and supervise the operations of the various estate staff including;
Security, Cleaners, gardeners, caretakers and pool attendants.
ii. Ensure efficient and timely processing of all utility billing and payment.
• Representing the EM at meetings, when called upon and perform other duties as
assigned.
• Ensure staff performs their assigned roles as per the operational guidelines.
• Devise and maintain office systems and operational tools including data Management,
record keeping, Electronic and paper filling.
• Keeping Head/EM informed of general works and activities of the various properties
being managed by the company.
• Keeping the company appraised and in conformity to current property legislation.
• Responding to all written and telephone communication/enquiries.
