• Responsible for the receipt, inspection, handling, stocking, identification and issue of materials.

• Responsible for the daily execution of all warehouse activities and ensure Stock taking / registering of inventory at appropriate intervals.
• Manage all material stock movements.

• Monitor and control all logistic activities
• Confer with Management heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions.

• Review and classify the inventory based on movement and use of material (e.g. fast moving, slow moving, dormant, obsolete, capital, insurance etc) and take action to control / liquidate as per the company's guidelines and policy.

• Responsible for Material Master Creation in SAP for new line item.
• Review and edit the material master database for fields related to inventory control, as and when required.
• Conduct periodic review to ensure all inventories and warehouse related paperwork is being completed in an accurate and timely manner.

• Optimize the stock levels of items in accordance with inventory stocking policy and in Consultation with users, in order to optimize the overall inventory holding and
achieve the set targets without affecting plant operations.

• • Report and document the activities carried out in line with the documentation requirements of the company.

• Follow necessary safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, and ISO requirements etc.
• Notifying the Purchase department of any discrepancy of the items received immediately.

• Comply with all occupational health, safety and environmental procedures of both the company and of client while working.

• Update the system for the movement of stocks without delay.

• Being custodian of the inventories of the company and make sure effective and efficient inventory control system in place.

• Controlling Quality Management System Records, non controlling product, calibration of all types of lifting and measuring equipments on its due date basis. Advise all the equipment users regarding the validity of calibration on monthly basis.
• Arranging for inspection of materials to be carried out where necessary by CBEME Q.C Inspector and holding materials in quarantine until material have been inspected and released.

LOGISTICS: Well experienced in managing the logistics activities in showrooms requirements, transfer of material and customers material delivery schedules.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Coordinating to salesmen for their customers regarding information and guidance for require materials. Ensuring that highest customer service levels are deliver in the stores especially for customer’s enquiries.
