• Responsible for the receipt, inspection, handling, stocking, identification and issue of materials.

• Responsible for the daily execution of all warehouse activities and ensure Stock taking / registering of inventory at appropriate intervals.

• Review and classify the inventory based on movement and use of material (e.g. fast moving, slow moving, dormant, obsolete, capital, insurance etc) and take action to control / liquidate as per the company's guidelines and policy.

• Responsible for Material Master Creation in SAP for new line item.
• Review and edit the material master database for fields related to inventory control, as and when required.
• Conduct periodic review to ensure all inventories and warehouse related paperwork is being completed in an accurate and timely manner.

• Optimize the stock levels of items in accordance with inventory stocking policy and in Consultation with users, in order to optimize the overall inventory holding and
achieve the set targets without affecting plant operations.

• • Report and document the activities carried out in line with the documentation requirements of the company.

• Follow necessary safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, and ISO requirements etc.
• Notifying the Purchase department of any discrepancy of the items received immediately.

• Comply with all occupational health, safety and environmental procedures of both the company and of client while working.

• Update the system for the movement of stocks without delay.

• Being custodian of the inventories of the company and make sure effective and efficient inventory control system in place.

Dealing With: OMCN garage equipment, MEP product for HVAC department, TELVIN welding machines (MMA, MIG-MAG, TIG, PLASMA, SPOT welding) and its different spare parts and consumables, LOWARA pump, submersible motors and spare parts, FRANKLIN submersible motors & spare parts, ABS pumps and spare parts, Industrial process pump, submersible sewage pump, ABS plant equipments (Aerators, Diffusers, Mixtures, etc).All kind of G.I, PVC, BRASS fittings require for assembly for Fire set, Booster set, Transfer set, Electrical & Electronic consumable for Manufacturer of Control panel and starters, Balma air compressors and spare parts, Mikasa constructing equipment and spare parts. Sun, Yanmar, Genset, Honda, Daisin generators and spares. Sicam, Soteco, Toku hydraulic equipments, Valex tools and measuring instruments, Lovata, Telemechanique, Schneider, Cutler Hammer electronic components, etc.AEG, DEWALT grinding Machines and spares.

ROUTINE WORKS: Making G.R.V for received materials, making Transfer out note for showrooms requisitions and B.O.M for Control - Panel, Multimax, and service departments. Making invoices and delivery notes for internal and external customer. Supervising for all filling and daily routine paper work as per company’s stores management procedures. Ensuring that the receiving, storage and distribution of material are done in an efficient manner, Manage warehouse staff for their work distributions.

Profile: Daily Related Work Includes
• Computer operation in the Store Inventory system and various other clerical routine works. Warehouse records & files.
• Through knowledge of different Earth Moving Equipments and spare parts for Cranes, Forklift, Bobcat, JCB, Welding machineries, Welding consumables, Grinder spares, vehicles, Safety consumables. All types of Industrial tools, Bearing & spares, Electronics parts, Electrical material and equipment, Paint consumables needed to run a Structural steel Fabrication, Engineering and Construction (Erection) industries. Have good knowledge of local market.
• Preparing indents for purchase of goods, inspection of goods on delivery, ensuring goods received meet the requirements of the Purchase Order issued and check if all required documents, tests certificates, etc are received with the goods. Supervising the process of material receipts, issue, return, fix assets transfer system, data input for (M.R.N & M.I.N) and its monthly updating. Computerize preparing of report of outstanding P.O and follow up with suppliers for pending orders. Preparing reports for overage, shortage and damage of warehouse materials. Issue the stores consumables on M.I.N (Material Issue Note).
• Controlling Quality Management System Records, non controlling product, calibration of all types of lifting and measuring equipments on its due date basis. Advise all the equipment users regarding the validity of calibration on monthly basis.
• Arranging for inspection of materials to be carried out where necessary by CBEME Q.C Inspector and holding materials in quarantine until material have been inspected and released.

LOGISTICS: Well experienced in managing the logistics activities in showrooms requirements, transfer of material and customers material delivery schedules.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Coordinating to salesmen for their customers regarding information and guidance for require materials. Ensuring that highest customer service levels are deliver in the stores especially for customer’s enquiries.
