1. Customer Service
Greet the Customer.
Acknowledge the customer if there is a line. Attend customer enquiry.
Scanned each product and separate the food and non-food to a carry bag. And check the price each item if correct.
Accept payment for cash, foreign currencies, coupon or card.
Give and count the change in front of the customer.
Thanks the customer and ask for another business again.
2. Merchandising
Make sure each items are visible to the customer.
Display item properly. It should neat and clean.
Always follow FIFO (First In First Out) method.
Up to date check of expiry.
3. Admin
Inventory.
Purchase order.
Goods return item for supplier.
Return and exchange process.
Train a new Staff.
4. Finance
Accept bills payment.
Deposit / Withdrawal transaction.
Remittance and Foreign Exchange.
Maintains petty cash and checks invoices related to cash expenses. Records / inventory of assets and maintains documents, reports and returns of purchases made. Assists Management in the preparation of the annual budget and monitors the operating expenses and highlights over expenditures on specific budget lines. Performs other similar and relate assignments ass directed by the Accounts Manager.
Develops and maintains processes for the accounting for inventory items. Analyzes open PO's vs. contract pricing. Develops Material Resource Planning reports. Analyzes margin rates for incoming orders. Analyzes shop travelers for orders that are not closed. Produces inbound freight estimates. Prepares various reports using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. Performs related duties as assigned.
Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and series e bonds; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.
