o Provide Alcatel-Lucent vertical solutions in the fields of Voice communications and related applications (TDM, IP Telephony, Contact Center, IVR and UC), Determines
appropriate products or services with customers to define project scope & requirements in the area of IP Telephony, VoIP networking, and Contact Center, IVR and Unified Communication solutions.

o Proposing Solutions by using Technologies/Mediums Fiber, ADSL, SHDSL, GPON, Wireless, and LTE & WIMAX.
o Having strong understanding of telecoms networks (TDM, ISAM, MPLS, SDH & Cloud Network-based value-added services).
o Proposing Managed International Circuits by liaising Technology Partners like Batelco, Etisalat, Epsilon, Colt, STC & others.
o Design Global and Regional Connectivity inclusive of multiple ISR/ASR/GSR Routers, OSPF, BGP4, Frame Relay, L3 QoS, and DS3, STM-1, STM-16 and STM-64 connectivity.
o BOQ/BOM preparation along with commercial proposals.
o Worked with vendors to produce anticipated outcomes. Ensured Solutions demonstrations fully functional/Compliant and ready to address customer queries.
o Enhance the pre-sales and solutions engineering developments including finding, technical qualification, migration scoping, product demonstration creation and automation.
o Assist with all phases of the implementations, starting with installation, architecture design and review, deployment topology planning, tuning and providing best practices.
o Present and demonstrate the current and future Enterprise products and solutions offerings to Customers.
o Develop and demonstrate Proof of Concept (POC), prepare Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), technical documentation, architecture and diagrams.
o Take ownership and act as the interface between customer and vendors functional departments to resolve complex technical issues.
