Under contract with Techfirm Industrial Services, mission for Alstom:
Responsibilities:
- Secure the quality and timely delivery on parts for the trains on various scopes: finition, interior & electrical parts, retrofit and premounting activity
- In charge of 3 suppliers, one doing the preassembly directly on Alstom site
- Supply activity for a transverse project dedicated to lokomotives
- Put in place a KPI to provide the status of open points on each train
Achievements:
- Actions to replace/source the supplier in charge of the premounting activities within the site, working closely with the contract terms and its impacts
- Supplied and secured not codified spare parts and Kanban pieces transferred from 3 Alstom sites on a lokomotive project
- Provided each week KPI status to all the teams : finition, interiors, electrical, retrofit
Responsibilities :
Purchasing :
- In charge of reclaim wafers portfolio (=11 million CHF)
- Resales of scrapped materials in Asia
- Vendor code management for all Direct & Indirect Materials
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) renewal
Supply Chain:
- Stock management (valorized, proximity and consignment) and its assessment through KPIs
- In charge of silicon wafers procurement activities for 7 Front-End plants in Europe and Asia with actions plans
- Track the on-going supplier qualifications on part numbers
- Manage materials phase-out in a given plant
Achievements:
- Savings of 400 000 CHF (approximately 3, 5 to 4% vs n-1 prices)
- Generated value identifying and selling pieces initially to be scraped
- Secured and managed main KPIs on shortages, overstocks, aged pieces
- All NDAs secured up to date and suppliers fully qualified in our system : vendor code, financial approvals done etc..
-Responsibilities:
- Buyer on the Selective Catalytic Reduction system (=13 million€ portfolio)
- Daily collaboration with the supplier in terms of forecast, credit notes & performance
- Follow-up the risk management on diesel components suppliers
- Studies on development costs for a supplier introduction
Achievements:
- Claimed and negotiated 100k€ through various topics
- Supported buyers on punctual topics and analyses to prepare the nego on their scope
- Summed up Diesel suppliers financial performance in 2017-2018
- Put in place Powertrain Diesel team’s Sharepoint interface

- Packaging Sourcing
