• As Project Director of the company is responsible in every aspect of project management including coordination with Royal Saudi Airforce representatives, high rank major generals and other reps.

Project Scope : Construction of 5750 Villas including all infrastructure works at an area of 6.700.000 m2 Total Project cost is over 1.250.000.000 $.
• As Construction Director of the company responsible in every aspect of site management and all construction activities, establishing construction strategies and implementation on site.
• Strict observance of the safety policy and implementation of HSE plan in line with
HSE department.
• Management of daily site activities and coordination of all subcontractors. Line manager of 124 staff, 2500 direct workers and 1500 subcontractor direct workers.
• Managing the site progress based on detailed schedule and take remedial actions, establishing strategy for meeting deadlines and initiating the actions for a successful achievement of milestones.
• Coordination among other departments by identifying bottlenecks in the progress of construction and chasing for actions to be taken.
• Executive level reporting to Client and Project management
Project Title : Etlik Integrated Health Campus project, Ankara
Project Scope : Construction of the Etlik Integrated Health Campus project having 3.566 beds capacity, and 1.114.100 m2 BUA. Several hospital buildings and all technical facilities, including two technical service centers and infrastructure works.
Total EPC value under management: 876.000.000 €- Total Project cost including financing over 1 billion Euro.

Project Scope: Construction of the Bilkent Integrated Health Campus project having 3.704 beds capacity and 1.312.358 m2 BUA, indoor area. Several hospital buildings and Ministry of Health Building with 120.000 m2
Total EPC value under management: 835.000.000 €- Total Project cost including financing over 1 billion Euro.
Project Title : Hanoi-Moscow Investment, Incentra
Project Scope : Construction of Hotel Building (70.000 m2) and facilities including shopping mall (40.000 m2), underground utilities, access roads and bridges. Total contract value under Management: 125.000.000 $

Project Scope : Construction of LDAN plant in Chirchiq, Uzbekistan. Capacity 200Tm/day. Production and packing plant with service buildings. Metal structure as frame (450 tones), construction of prilling tower (52 mt) steel structure. Various equipment installations including rotating equipments (Dryers, coater drums), vessels, process piping and insulation works, valves, cabling & automated instrumentation, PLC, etc
•As a representative of MaxamCorp International responsible for overseeing the company’s investment in the LDAN project in technical vise and contract administration with management process.

•Preparation of pre-qualification documents for contractor selection process
•Preparation of tender documentation.
•Preparation of contract documents and management of contract.
•Review MTOs. Evaluation and finalizing of quotations / offers submitted by the vendors

Project Title : Water Injection Facilities Expansion Project & New Oil Tanks Project
Project Scope : Expansion of existing injection facilities to increase the amount injected water by 20.000 bwpd at 200 atm. The work consists of construction of new pump station (3 Horizontal ESPs with VFD), trenching, pipe supports, new pipelines (4” to 8” pipes, ~9.2 km) New injection manifolds, 2” injection lines (~10.00 km). Power supply for Horizontal ESPS including 3 new 1 MW transformers, 6000v high voltage cabling, etc.,
