Creating outbound jobs, to verify loading instruction orders, material, batches, container numbers, seal numbers, type of containers and quantity of each containers before executing in WMS (INFOR SCE).
Creating inbound jobs. GRN confirmation in WMS/ SAP (verify with RTS) Inbound jobs closing in WMS
Dispatch confirmation WMS/ SAP (verifying with pick list and loading instruction).
GRN Report, Dispatch Report (verifying with order quantity) Daily truck report Daily DC truck report Daily summary report. Import status report. Update outbound status report as per control sheet
VEP approval for Trucks as per pick list. Issuing delivery notes, gate passes, COA and invoices for Trucks outbound plan daily basis
. Coordinate with stock controller for short material and short inbound location
Batch allocation in WMS as per loading instruction and verifying before execution. Must be in Co-ordination with Logistic Manager.
Booking shipments by using SAP software, taking orders from Borouge Client as when order received from customer
Planning the inbound voyage as per ADT (ABUDHABI TERMINAL)
Planning the outbound job as per the received order from BOROUGE
Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates
Arrange transportation (Trucks), schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
YARD planning
Coordinating with planning team to give priority on nearest ETA vessel for stuffing container in order to avoid any shut outs
Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
Making necessary reports for dispatch like delivery note, packing list, Custom Invoice and Certificate of Analysis
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Manifesting:
Manifest passenger Aircrafts, Freighters and Trucks. based on the ULD tags. Preparing the manifest for PO Mail. Alert the ramp coordinator for any special cargo loaded in the flight. And preparing the UWS and NOTOC, special cargo updates in the DGAIR for attention of load control.
Import &Export:
• Acceptance checking and segregate cargo as per Nature and Type
• Ensure and verify the kind of Packaging, Labels, Required addresses etc.,
• Make sure the shipper and consignee documents (AWB)
• Ensure that all appropriate documentation checklist for CAR and DG
• Ensure that VIP shipments are given special attention to operation
• Assigning Irregularities in the HHT for the Missing Cargo (MSCA), Found Cargo (FDCA) and poor packing or damage observed
• Cargo documents clearing from customs
• Taking extra care and plan before and while dismantling special
Cargos and relocating them in the appropriate temperature Rooms or location
(E.g. Dangerous Goods (DGR), live animals (AVI), Aircrafts part on
Ground (AOG), Lithium Ion Batteries (ELI) etc.,
