##Monitor the full 11kv system (I/D, O/D Substation, PMT, RMT, along with all control panel ) via SCADA system all over the Qatar & take necessary action whenever its required in special case attend the site for major trouble shooting with system control &operation Engineer. ##Shifting of load from one primary to other primary as per Doha Grid Control System.## Update single line diagram & SCADA according with actual field connection.## Assist the control Engineer to carryout switching, maintenance, construction, reinforcement& primary isolation program, to ensure the safe, reliable & will not adversely affect during execution program.## coordinate with OHL, Jointing, Fitting, Protection, Generator Section & also keep closely with Standby office, Back office to provide information in case of any supply interruption to Restore supply.## Keep all safety documents issued to field engineers & their activities.
1) New Generator (Gas & HFO/Diesel) Installation, Electrical Control wiring, Commissioning, Monitoring & supervising the activities of site for site preparation works & Implementation. Designing the Electrical layout and details drawing in auto CAD.
2) Synchronizing generator with other units (Load sharing).Load shed system also doing.Instruct to operator about Operation & Maintenance. Specially Fault finding& trouble shooting are doing regularly.
3) Familiar with Replaced, Insllation &Reprogramming /Recalibration of ESM, ACPM, HMI, PLC, Temperature Scanner, CEC, AVR(DECS100, HD2000, k65-12B, KCR760, LS65-12B), Governor(Woodward 2301A, 2301D, UG-8), GCM, GPC, solid state relay (SSL), Magnetic contactor, over load realy, over current realy, Heater, PT100 Sensor, Viscosity controller, Deep Sea Electronics PLC(DSE 3100, DSE 7120), ACB, Relay, Ignition Power Module, Detonation Sensing Module(DSM), DSM filter, Ignition Coil, High tension Lead, Spark Plug, All Kinds of Sensor (Oil level Sensor, Water level Sensor, Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor, Intake manifold pressure sensor, Oil pressure Sensor, Fuel Pressure Sensor, Exhaust Temperature Sensor, Water pressure sensor, Main Bearing Temperature Sensor, Knock sensor), Air filter, Gas filter, Air pre Cleaner, Carborator, Gas regulator, Dc to Dc Converter, Exciter rotor, Exciter stator, PMG, Rectifire Assembly. Fire alarm work: - I have done fire alarm wiring, Detector Fixing (Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Ionization Detector, and Optical Detector).Isolator Base (IB) Fixinng.Control Panel fixing, control Panel dressing & termination & testing.
Emergency lighting work: - I have done Emergency lighting wiring, EBP (Emergency Battery Pack) Fixing. Control panel fixing, Control panel dressing termination & testing.
BMS/RMS Control system: - I have done BMS Control System.BMS wiring.
