Financial Accountability:
• Responsible for Internal Booking communicating accurate billing instructions and collecting respective payments according to the Sky Apartments Standards.
• Maintain and re---order stocks through stores of all marketing collateral as needed by the sales team members
• Itemize the expenses and balance them against the issued cash
• Assist colleagues scheduled for business trips with pre and post preparations i.e. couriering brochures, gifts, travel authorization forms, visa assistance where required and coordinating with relevant departments to achieve it.
• Handles complimentary forms for FAM trips and Business lunches.
• Work closely with team members to help them achieve revenue targets and the departmental objectives
• Proactively suggest and implement cost saving measures in the department and the hotel
Conditions of Work:

Working 90% in the office (Sales/Organizational/Administrational) / 10% Site Inspections.

Relationship: Reports directly to the Associate Director of Business Development and Director of Sales. Interacts professionally with the sales team and all personnel within the hotel.


Purpose: Manage the administrative operation of the Sales and Marketing office. Assist and work closely with all members of the sales and marketing team to assist in achieving departmental objectives.


Internal: Maintain dynamic communications throughout the hotel departments, particularly Guest Services,


Banqueting and Culinary Team, Accounts, Housekeeping, Purchasing, Reservations, Restaurant Reservation, Executive Office.
• Coordinate with operational teams and communicate GROUP information sheets, banquet event orders and any short term special requirements to all stakeholders in order to ensure smooth handling of agreed GROUP requirements.
• Expresses opinions and/or differences in a professional, non---aggressive manner.
• Is aware of company policies relating to forms, data logging relating to team members

External
• Uses empathic listening skills and processes information before responding.

• Provide administrative support in terms of specific reports generated on a regular basis and to ensure information for these reports are collected and collated as per stipulated deadlines
