Implement Daily Operations and interact with HR department and project managers in implementing company strategies related to workforce planning and management.

Plan and manage organizational Exit processes (Terminations, Layoffs, Workforce-reductions)
Coordinating with the project managers about the plans of employees’ annual vacations.
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures for Manpower & Planning Management; by designing forms and provide a road-map for day-to-day operations.
Building connection and relationship with the employees to understand their needs and listen to their complaints and problem related to work, and trying to solve them. “Open door policy”
Managing all Administrative functions in MEP department’s Projects.
Provide general support to The Projects’ Administrators.
Helping in solving the employee’s problems through coordinating with the related departments at the head office.
Coordinating with IT department on all department Computers.
Coordinating with equipment workshop on all department’s heavy equipment.
Responsible for organizing and managing HR files related to Department Manpower.
