CP2 Project (Rabigh Phase 2 Expansion Project for Petro Rabigh Company) at Rabigh : June’ 2015 to Feb’ 2017

I was involved in Supervision of Subcontractor work force in installation of equipments, equipment internals for Polymerisation plant and fabrication of five Storage tanks. Solving Technical issues, identifying potential bottle necks in construction and initiating remedial measures were the focus during my work.

Mixed Feed Cracker Project for SADARA Petrochemical Company at Al-Jubail : Mar’ 2013 -June’ 2015

As a Static Equipment Supervisor for Mixed Feed Cracker (MFC) project at SADARA Company, I was involved in guiding and monitoring the static equipment installation and internal works of equipments. Providing technical solutions for field installation issues and to adopt methods for efficient execution of equipment installation work and job planning were part of my responsibility at MFC project.

At Gulf Guard I am working as a maintenance supervisor responsible for availability of plant utilities and equipment.
Key responsibilities include monitoring preventive maintenance jobs and thereby ensuring that the plant production targets are achieved by increasing reliability of equipment.
 To evaluate the condition of machines to diagnose the problems.
 To make the repairs and replacements wherever and whenever necessary.
 To create the proper schedules for the maintenance work.
 To work as a supervisor to supervise the mechanics and workers properly for allotting the maintenance responsibilities.
 To ensure that the machines are regularly serviced and functioning without problems.
 Responsible for keeping the records of all maintenance and repair works.
 To provide the training to the entry level maintenance technicians and assist them when needed.
 Responsible to ensure the maintenance schedule is duly followed and the safety precautions as well.

 Installation works of 4 No’s of Packaged boilers, for ITC, Manpura (Himachal Pradesh).
 Managed the installation job of shell max boiler and steam piping for Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Ahmedabad
 Managed the installation job of three shell max boiler of 150 TPH for NPCIL at Pulivendula, Andhra Pradesh.

 Steering diverse responsibilities entailing project management, planning, scheduling, contract management & equipment installation & commissioning.
 Supervising the installation of static equipments at elevated structures which involves planning the erection activity, alignment of the equipment, installation of internals for towers and reactor vessels.

Project: Air separation unit, Phase 7, SABIC Gas plant, Al- Jubail, KSA.
Duration: Mar’07 - Mar’08
Client: Linde Engineering, Germany
Planned and prepared the sequence of erection and lift plan for installing Main air compressor (Wt: 105 Ton) and Booster air compressor skid (Wt: 113 Ton) and their associated intercoolers and oil skids.
Installation of internals for Direct contact air cooler and Evaporation cooler.
Planning and execution of Molecular sieve adsorber filling for two adsorber vessels. Installed a 1.5 MW emergency diesel generator set and accessories.
 Received a safe worker of the month award for being the safest equipment supervisor from our client Linde Engineering.
 Received Safest Equipment Erection Engineer Award from NSH.

Project: Jubail Acetyls Complex, Saudi International Petrochemical company (SIPCHEM), Jubail
Duration: Apr’08 - Dec’08
Client: Fluor, Canada.
Planned and executed the erection and alignment of 50 nos of static equipments on structures. Completed the internal works of 12 no.’s of tower equipments of which ten are flanged towers. Executed the installation and alignment works of 15 glass lined stirrer vessels for Catalyst recovery unit.

Project: SK Olefins plant, Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Complex, SABIC, Al-Jubail, KSA.
Duration: Dec’08 - till date
Client: Kellogg Brown & Root Inc (KBR).
Installation of heavy petrochemical process equipments in two of the core units of the plant i.e, Refrigeration Compressor Area and C2/C3 Splitter & Propylene purification system that includes splitter vessels and reboilers.

 Managed the installation works of packaged boilers, thermic fluid heaters and associated process pipe line works for 8 industrial customers located in South India.
 Key clients include Dr. Reddy’s Lab, Miryalaguda, Andhra Pradesh, Micro Labs & Triveni Turbines, Bangalore, and V.T Mills, Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu.
 Successfully managed projects having a total worth of Rs 3.75 Crores.
 Actively involved in planning the installation activity, accessing the bill of materials to suit site conditions, preparing isometric drawings for process pipe lines, co-ordination of work to meet customer requirements and managing the subcontractor’s work activity, material supply & purchase follow up with vendors, etc.
 Recipient of Certificate of merit for the team work and performance delivered by our project execution team during the financial year 2004-2005.
