● Maintain HRIS System with following roles:
○ Maintain Attendance tracking System and punching records (SQL Database).
○ Developing Web reports with the help of .Net frameworks and SQL database.
○ Automation of existing manual process with the help of Excel Macro VBA script programming.
○ Maintain shared folder on Network Drive to ensure effective communication with employees and management.
○ Process HR Metric reporting.
○ Prepare employee timesheet and Upload to HR system.
○ Conduct all data entry into HRIS system and conduct routine audits to ensure the integrity of the data.
○ Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system.
○ Assist with various research and/or special projects or reports.
○ Assist the IT Manager, as directed, in enhancing the use of the HRIS system.
