Demand Planning / Forecasting
• Conduct weekly sales report meeting with sales managers online, and getting expectation for current month and coming month (M+1 Shipment)
• Update weekly base GSCP (Global Supply Chain Planning) site territory wise
• Checking the prices when updating specially the FOB price, Transit Price, gross price
Logistics Coordinating
• Checking B/L instructions & inspection papers on time to factories in order for timely inspection & shipments
• Confirming the B/L Draft received from freight forwarder or factory and getting B/L issued in Dubai
• Applying for various kinds of certificates like CNCA cert, FERI Cert, SONCAP cert, BESC cert, Chamber of Commerce online
• Getting final invoice labelled in Dubai from SGS, BIVAC, Cotecna
• Maintaining & updating detailed checklist order wise and reporting daily to Mangers
Inventory & Transportation
• Monitoring Receiving stock from (Global) factory and distributing to vendors
based on (M+1) allocation
• Coordinate with vendors to assure stock received on proper manner
• Arranging Transportation for stock deliver to vendors
• Entering receiving stock & distributing stock in G-ERP system
