Position: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE & INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Duties & Responsibilities: • Performs duties and responsibilities as a Purchase Executive and directly reporting to CEO
• Supervising Central Store and Site Stores
• Inventory of Materials and keep records of material
• Scrutinizing Projects Material and arranging from the Central Store
• Controlling of Material Stock Cards
• Preparing Monthly Stock Report and submit to the Management for review
• Handling the purchase request of materials for all projects
• Coordinate and checking the availability of items of materials with the Central Stores personnel.
• Making suppliers evaluation performance report and updating new suppliers list based from approved
• Dealing with the suppliers for price negotiations and finalize the order confirmation.
• Preparation of Comparison Sheets and calculating Bid Summaries.
• Preparing Purchase Orders, procuring materials for various project for the company
• Reporting daily activities to CEO and Operations Director.
• Site visit, controlling of site store keepers
• Visiting site stores and doing random checking
• Preparing Store Receipt Voucher and forwarding Accounts Department.
• Updating Plant, Machinery and Vehicles list on weekly basis and its movements to the project sites.
• Maintaining proper documents and keeping Drivers and Operators datas
• Procuring Spare Parts for the Plant Department
• Arranging hiring of Third Party Plant and Machineries for the projects as and when required
• Keeping updated records of Third Party Plant, Machinery and Vehicles
• Preparing Plant Department accounts based on the project and submitting to CEO
