Hotel amfora / Resident manager, 4* property with 324 rooms / suites. One of the biggest Croatian hotels. Completely refurnished 2007, with 9 F/B outlets, big conferences halls, pool area & other facilities. On daily basis fully in charge for operation, focused on rooms division, with emphasize on Guest relation management.
From beginning, fully responsible for hand over of a hotel from Construction company, organizational charts, recruitment of middle management, implementation of a training program, define Standards operational procedures for a House keeping & Front office. During a low season, I was a part of a team to do a budget for 2009. Afterwards I was a project leader for all shh properties: minimize A&G cost, minimize „ others“ cost ( USALI for hospitality ). From January, 2008 project leader for shh Concierge program what is already implemented for a season 2008. Also I do support our Sales team on the spot, and actively looking forward for a new costumers.

Takeover positions of Hotel Director in preopening time, fully in charge for planning, organizational charge, recruitment of Management Team and also middle Management, define Standards operational procedures for a new brand hotel, PR activities, Sales actions, Promotional activities, creating new logo for a hotel and all F/B outlets with Concepts for future Business, Positioning of hotel on a local and foreign market, define prices for accommodation, banqueting & F/B outlets, established stores and supply departments, Cost Controlling, training program for Management, makes " Gro opening" for 4000 clients…

Promoted in Resident Manager, fully in charge for all hotels operations. Due to reasons that General Manager was completely involved in rebrading story of Arcotel as a chain, I was completely in charge for a hotel most of the time. Also relationship with outsourcing accounting department, all figures including budget were my tasks.
2005 promoted in Operation Manager at “Arcotel Allegra Resort ”; meaning fully in charge for all profits centers included Front office & F/B outlets. I focused on following: Guests relation Management, Cost controlling, Workshops & Training, Communication skills, Banqueting sales, Budget figures on daily figures…..
