A very much client facing role.
Implemented Data Governance Structure and organized EA training to Exec level to ensure alignment between Business and IT.
Drove the OBIEE Business Intelligence team for Financial reporting

The issue was created by bad Data take on and poor training.

New Modules Will be Siebel Analytics, PIM, PRM. I managed the Siebel onshore/offshore team from a Programme/Project perspective and the Siebel Vers 7.8 upgrade to vers 8.1. Project optimization was reached by implementing a Knowledge Transfer programme.

Part of the task force team ensuring Swisscom align its BPM and customer Ecommerce strategies and ensure Data migration is complete through UAT/EUC. Worked with Ericcson on the E_2_E Id management solution. The OMS provisioning is via SAP. System Infrastructure is HP Itanium + assorted Web technologies.

Position: Enterprise Architect - E2E Design SOA Framework / Project manager
Initially engaged to architect an EDI interface between third party suppliers and Biogen's E-Business Oracle manufacturing/financials processes but widened the scope to include all of Biogens third party suppliers and design an SOA seamless framework compliant with SOX/ISO/OAGI xml standards.
The SOA Framework was designed around BEA's Web logic and Aqualogic Service Bus creating re-useable Business Processes (BPM) to accelerate further third party manufacturer interfaces in a more secure environment. Aligned the framework with other customer strategies to increase the utilization of Biogen's BI capability. Also carried out three months intensive due diligence on Oracle Fusion and JBOSS as the preferred options but took the decision not to implement either due to them both being in Beta version.
The E2E design was completed and delivered within the timeframe successfully.

Engaged by BT in Belfast to do the E2E high-level design phase II for their WLR3 E2E Billing system.
Cots systems were: Siebel 7.8 Upgraded to Vers 8.0, Geneva Billing 5.4, Amdocs.
Designed data integration processes between Siebel vers 7 CRM, Geneva vers 5.4 Billing systems and Amdocs document handling systems, utilizing Tibco for EAI inclusive of Documentation and exhaustive UAT. The UML design processes covered Analytics/Business Intelligence, Customer Care and Customer Queries, Creditworthiness, Fraud, revenue assurance, Disputes and Adjustments.
The design was built around End User and Customer requirements and delivered utilizing Agile methodologies and Assorted Web Technologies and completed within time.

Provided ad-hoc consultancy and assisted a recently formed Internet Search company with initial testing and marketing of 'Searchlite', the company's newly developed Internet Search software. Tested the search engine against Teradata's system at Lloyds bank and outperformed Teradata by an average of 2000%. 'Searchlite' is of particular interest as it has huge potential for wider applications beyond the Internet in that it can be easily and inexpensively incorporated into any BI and CRM system as an exceptionally rapid database search tool.
