Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance of purchasing and quality data including supplier additions, purchase orders creation and dispatch, quotation receipt, price comparison and negotiation, supplier delivery follow ups, answering supplier payment queries, clearance of mismatched invoices in coordination with User/Supplier/Finance and reporting, payment processing for import orders.
Experience: 14 October 2011 till present date.
• Integrated Manufacturing Operations Division (Machine division) located in Thiruvallur. It produces Large Wheel Loaders and Excavators.
• The facility has been manufacturing off highway truck (OHT) for Quarry and Mining works and it has been exporting their supplies globally.
• It currently employs more than 1000 employees.
• Company turnover for last year is 400 crore approximately.

• Creation of awareness to supplier for invoicing type should match with CAT system.

• All repeated manufacturing materials are consolidated and created scheduling agreement in SAP.
• Implementation of catalogue based source to get the key benefits of qualified supplier and single source for the items.
• From 2013 till present taking care of Import Spares and Tooling category through this achieved cost reduction of USD 45000.
