• Ensure the dimension and product quality as per drawings & customer requirement.
• Verification & acceptance of material test certificate and final product reports from supplier.
• Accordance with international standards like ASTM, MSS-SP-55 etc..
• Ensure valve assembly & testing as per BOM, GAD and customer approved documents.
• Analyze product NCR & conduct weekly review meeting.
• Participate in continuous improvements tools like 5S, KAIZEN and Calibration of all In-house checking instruments.
• Ensure all torque & leakage trial related activities in assembly and reporting the results to design team.
• Supervise and monitor the valve assembly & testing.
• Ensure the final inspection as per customer approved specifications.
• Analyze customer complaints identify the root causes implemented & monitored corrective action and preventive action in assembly cell.

DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF KINEMATIC MOVING MACHINE
Description:
This project involves the design and fabrication of a kinematic walker. This kinematic walker is six-legged machine that can walk on any surface carrying some limited load. It is an arrangement of six linkages that are powered together by a single motor.
I have completed Mechanical engineering from EEC and Extra Knowledge Auto CAD and Non destructive testing methods.
I have completed Diploma in mechanical engineering at 2012 and extra knowledge in Auto CAD
