Document Controllers for all the project under DAR CMS and
Design Services.
• Supporting Supervision Consultant Document Controller and
Contractor Document Controller in establishing the Document
Management Plan approved by respective client.
• Giving adequate support to DS Document Controller during the
completion of Concept Design to IFC Submission.
• Manage the resources and competencies of the group including
the recruitment and retention of personnel.
• Provide advice and obtain agreement on the appropriate
document management system for the size and complexity of the
projects being undertaken.
• Represent the group both within Internal and with external parties
such as clients and contractors.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with personnel,
clients, and contractors.
• Verifies the Retention Requirement for a project and provide
guideline to respective project document controller in cataloging
and packing for the storage and disposal of appropriate
documents.
