•Report directly to the managing director by giving all the print out of the mails in order to update for the daily situations between the company, customers and suppliers.
•Receives, records, and processes customer's Part quote request, orders/changes in appropriate manner.
•Responds to and investigates customer's Parts inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
•Provide appropriate technical and/ or product-related information to customer and researches to resolve customer complaints and/or billing issues.
•Prepare reports and correspondence as needed, Attend to the clerical needs, type's data inputting activities to the superior.
•Implement and maintain systematic and updated file for documents and other forms of communication for easy retrieval when needed.
•Maintain working knowledge of product and services.
•Arranging of airline ticketing and reservation to the superior and staff.
•Monitor incoming and outgoing fax and documents for filling.
•Responsible for keeping documents files all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database in order.
•Responsible for collecting cash to the collector of Toys vending section.
•Responsible to encode the cash collection sales to quick book and Microsoft access.
•Responsible to encode the invoices and bills of generator section to quick book.

•Arranging schedule / booking for container incoming and outgoing couriers and at the same time make a record of all the air waybills.
