across Asia Pacific Region.

Candidate Relations Management for Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the GRD, and working closely with the Senior Management team
deliver to pre-agreed financial and business plans.

Develop and manage a robust management team.
Drive sales, marketing and account management.

Working with CEO and VP to implement innovative, world class, talent acquisition processes including talent identification, selection, referencing, hiring and on boarding/orientation.
Manages the recruitment function and develops and implements recruiting systems and procedures in order to attract best-qualified candidates.
Ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to the coordinating activities with other concerned parties to facilitate to achieve the organizational goals.
Conduct weekly meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
Assess organizational needs, develop aligned Recruitment process solutions, and implement strategies in the areas of Job Board and Talent Management.
