I am currently the Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst, leading an onsite support team of thirteen employees for the multi-million pound TPDMU Programme and act as I.S. Manager, as required. During the initial project phase, I was Lead Technical Consultant for all of the facilitys I.S. systems. I am the System Design Authority with responsibility for the specification, planning and design of all the facilitys systems including, servers, server room equipment (incorporating air conditioning and power requirements), desktop computers and printing equipment.
My responsibilities also include writing and controlling the facilitys I.T. operations documentation and procedures. I am accountable for the design and efficient implementation of corporate Group Policy. I regularly host and lead customer service review meetings to ensure that all required KPI levels are met and maintained whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction levels remain high.
I am currently acting as Lead Technical Architect for two large business critical projects, one to replace the onsite business critical manufacturing control network and the other to replace the primary onsite business administration network.
I was responsible for the design, deployment and control of the corporate PC desktop and Windows Group Policy, network monitoring and access control systems. I also assisted in the corporate migration to Exchange 2003.

During this employment I have been Technical Consultant and / or Project Manager for some major projects, including: Blackberrys first commercial installation in KSA, Sanctuary Device Control, Saudi Development and Training ELT Laboratory.
I was primarily responsible for 3rd and 4th line support for approximately 100 servers and 1200 users with additional responsibility for the control and documentation of additional client software. Accountabilities included the initial design and deployment of on base systems to the Kingdom's remote users.
Key responsibilities - On-site Engineer responsible for over 1, 000 users, increasing the contract value by 300% during the period. Instrumental in the host company's system migration to Windows and Y2K roll-out. Additional roles included software support and Helpdesk Configuration. In 2000, I was promoted to Engineering Leader specifically responsible for the South East England region.
Modular course of twenty modules covering the four major engineering disciplines. I achieved five distinctions, twelve merits and three pass grades without failing any of the sixty three exams taken over the two year duration of the course. In addition, I founded and was the first chair of the Engineering Society and was the Student Representative on the Faculty Board.
