Dispatch for Emergencies Fire Department, EMS, Police, Control Panel Operator
Manage the movement of Military and Expats and Contractor Personnel and provide security force protection for a Military Compound. Direct control all Entry and Exit Control Points, including, but not limited to US Government Personnel, Coalition Forces, VIP’s, Kuwait Soldiers and other approved Visitors. Inspect via systematic search to all deliveries and vehicles upon arrival who are requesting access through our Entry Location. A 100% ID check, and Memo’s and physical searches of a person by following our Force Protection Condition Delta and in accordance with Area Support Group - Kuwait Standard Operations Policies and Procedures for installation access. Operate all US Government X-Rays and Scanners and secure all installed barrier devices to deny unauthorized vehicle access and threats and suspected IED’s to US Government and Joint forces Instillations. Prepare to handle both Military and V.I.P’s and contracted convoys entering and exiting the instillation. Provide mobile static support and in arms departing to designated areas in travel.
A Certified Command Emergency Communications Officer that provide assistance in a 911 emergency setting through a communication CAD system to ensure the safety and welfare of all officers that are providing safety to citizens who are in need during crisis, disaster and emergency situations. Dispatch Police, EMS, and Fire Fighters to all emergency locations through the use of a CAD system. Responsible to all detailed information to provide safety for people who were securing the area
Assist customer with high volume accounts. Manage, operate and investigate all data by the tracking of ill regular high-limit spending and abnormal habits that reflect against the normal habits on the account. Identify and follow movements of travel and transfer throughout the banking system of personal and business accounts. Assist high-profile banking customers using a computerized security system for tracking when called upon for investigation purposes and gathering information. Troubleshoot to provide solution to problem. Provide facts and research all complaints. Respond to all customers needs until satisfactory.
Perform office moving service for business customers. Manage the day-to-day loading and unloading of freight throughout our system. Receive supplies/items and equipment by loading and unloading trucks, vans, etc. Handle customers’ freight and move items by hand or utilize material handling equipment, i.e. hand cart, pallet jack, propane-powered forklift, hand truck and digital freight scanners.
Inspect the damaged package at the shipper’s or receiver’s site to determine the cause of damage and verify proper packing materials were used (in accordance with the shipping terms). Review documentation that supports the actual repair or replacement cost of the merchandise, up to the declared value, as requested in the Damage/Loss Notification claim letter for the reported damaged package. Determine the value declared, if any, for the contents of the package. Verify that the product falls within the guidelines of the UPS terms or contract with the shipper.
