Responsibilities and duties
Manage Daily Operations: Receiving, Storage, Counting, Dispatching.
Handling of deliver to customers and Closing process prove of delivery.
Manage normal maintenance of vehicles.
Follow up slow and fast moving product.
Check shelf life of items if needed.
Follow repeated returns and reasons discussed with sales to reach final solution.
Follow the temperature of the car carrier and warehouse on a daily basis.
Make sure the required documents for delivery as government requests.
Make sure the count on the hand the same as the system.
Sure to complete all file and documentation for receiving and distribution.
Personnel evaluation and follow-up annual leave scheme.
Achieved all set targets
