when i moved to work in premium class .the company were smart agency and non IATA Certified Agency .
the owner for the travel agency were our general manager on the last company i worked in before moving.
he decided to open new agency under his ownership so he offered me new position and good salary too . i found that is good opportunity fto upgrade.

my job rule

1- contracting with good and trusted company to build our bookings with our IATA that was the first step to build our company.
2- choosing good staff with an experience or without and i'll be responsible for training them with charging their work tasks.
3- corresponding all airlines to activate their CIB to begin issue air segments for their documents.
4- make sign for every employee whose can issue air segment documents.
5- contracting with companies has a good reputation by trusted friends or after asking a bout the financial situation for this company after collecting guarantee for their expected booking,
6- make a limit for these companies for their issuance and charging their payment with keeping in touch with their account key.
7- for VIP retails booking , i was responsible for arranging their booking specially for administrative higher positions in Saudi government . and royal family member . we have private care and attention with princes and princesses royal highness es .
8- After around one year we became an Ia-ta member and we got accreditation for only 8 months form our work start.
9- corresponding all airlines to activate their CIB to begin issue air segments for their documents.
10- make sign for every employee whose can issue air segment

11-revising all issued documents before the time of closing issuance void period to trust of all issued documents. if it have any problems or if the employee have any wrong for his entries specially date of birth and commission to avoid collecting Adm's. also if i got good fare to high the profit for our agency so it is very important to revise.

12- follow the payment movement for all retails, staff and company then i ask for every body have pending to collect.

13- update all airlines information with their contacts and distribute the updates for my staff.
14- follow queues every days to be sure from our travel agency bookings. if it have problems we will be able to solve is we discovered early.
15- every month I have to collect the report for our agency then analyse the period of sales for the best airlines we have deals with, the top airline. no problem document, the VIP customers and their request, how many document in economy and how many in premium cabin for business and first . keep in touch with these customers . introducing for them some rewards if we can then they will feel that they have a lot of care fro our side.

16- meetings with all of my staff exchanging the discuss about their, life their work plans, the problems they met and their suggestions to solve . their work problems they discovered at their work time . what is the ways to solve and the steps for prevention to prevent occurrence in the future . they will feel comfortable if the have the opportunity to express that they are in connect with their boss .
17- discussing with my manager about problems and solutions with co ordinate with financial department to work each gather as a concerted team.
18- as per my job rule i have attend the last 3 ATM Dubai for the last 3 years . discussing with the supplier about the updates in tourism industry. also airlines agents and exhibitor .we have more than 10 block seats for summer seasons group when i contracted with management for airlines and suppliers . also i attend EMITT in Istanbul turkey.

before this time i worked in Egypt by hajj and Om-rah tours and visa submit

then i learned them how to use hotels systems .
such as Dotw, Gta, unique choice, rooms xml, hotel beds......ETC and how to compare And different between hotel rooms and room categories and how to get the cheapest one .
how to arrange tours.
transfer, pickup and drop off, champion league tickets.

if some of the staff have troubles with any customer i was facing the problem to get any solution from the beginning not to have complicated style after careless made by anybody. fast solutions is very useful for these cases .

also i charge the sales for monthly period or season and rate them so raise them to my direct manager the owner for agency.

last all they bookings for hotels and tickets were paid for me as a back office for my travel agency.
- i was responsible to make marketing to our products for aviation, and tours with all contains, also i have to deal with whole seller in all our corporate with airlines .
also i was responsible to open the customer files or out continuous customers and V.I.P customers by making profile contains all data we need in trip handling and save it in GDS .
also i made profile for all corporate we have deals with by debit or cash.
for connection with the customers and corporate . i have good skills to be always in touch with my customer . present the offers, ask about their satisfaction provide them with the best rates we have that will encourage them to travel at a lot of times.

private care with V.I.P customers, good exterior for my business with that will keep good vision and memories with the customer about our good business we introduce to him.
