• Maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse to ensure the accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and maintaining optimal inventory levels with corporate objectives, ensuring that quantities appear on the system are accurate for planning of purchase, promotions and marketing.
• Involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the SAP system.
• Coordinates and manages daily physical count and reconciles if actual count reports.
• Oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the racking stock location, so that it can stored easily and retrieved whenever there is requirement. Similarly, to ensure that stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.
• Involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking and ensure that working inventory is clean and safety to all designated team members.

* Responsible also in stock transfer and monitor
movement of product from poultry dressing plant.
