Contract and Planning Management:
Admiring my management skills and level of responsibly controlling the project details, I was awarded with the additional charge of project commercial and planning management of all the projects under Pakistan branch of China Gansu International Corporation Company. Whereas, I am currently performing Contract and Planning Manager responsibilities of the Dasu Project Colony project for my company.
My responsibilities include but not limited to manage:
Department establishment constituting rules of department and independently manage contract details with Dasu Hydropower Consultants DHC and negotiation with WAPDA, regarding Change orders, Variations in time and Cost, additional works, Extension of Time, additional prolongation cost claims under Fidic (Red Book) MDB Harmonized Edition 2010 for construction projects.

Bookkeeping, Quantity takeoff, Interim Payments . Calculate work done and attach supporting RFT’s for claim matters, earthworks of road embankment, pavement and structural works.
Lead QS for preparation of Final Bill for Motorway Section-1, and all four sections total length 360 Km, Link roads, 56 Flyovers and 8 Interchanges CIVIL CAD software.

•Collecting the site survey data NSL, Stakeout and Layout through digital instruments (Total Stations) downloading the data in computer in text format.
•Process data in Tripod Data System (Computer software), export topographic survey and contour DFX to AutoCAD.
•Develop survey drawings on Auto CAD, producing the x-sections and L-sections for power channel through digital means (computerized).
•Prepare quantity takeoff sheets for different type of Earthworks to be incorporated in tender documents.
•Prepare land acquisition status and submission of status to Revenue Department. Update and synchronize land acquisition status with WAPDA (Water and Power Development Authority).
